    • Depending on your installed version of Microsoft Office, you may need to access 14.0 for Office 2010, 15.0 for Office 2013, or 16.0 for Office 2016. This guide focuses on Microsoft Office 2016, requiring you to open the 16.0 folder.
  3. image Create a new DWORD value. Right-click in the pane on the right, select New > DWORD (32-bit) Value from the pop-up menu.

  4. Name the new entry. Enter ExportBitmapResolution and press ↵ Enter.

  5. image Adjust the entry settings. Double-click the new entry, set the Base to “Decimal,” and enter 300 for the Value data. Click OK to confirm.

  6. image Exit the Registry Editor. Click Exit on the file menu to complete this step.

Saving the File

  2. image Select Save As. Choose the option to save your presentation.

  3. image Choose the image format. In the “Save as type” dropdown, select either PNG, JPG, GIF, or TIFF format. PNG is recommended due to its high image quality and compatibility with various programs. Click Save to proceed.

  4. image Specify the slides to save. After selecting your save options, you will be prompted to choose whether to export just the current slide or all slides in the presentation.

Tips

  • Always check your image quality after saving to ensure it meets your needs.
  • If you need to adjust the resolution again, simply repeat the steps in the Registry Editor.
