Open PPTX Files on iPhone or iPad

To open a PPTX file on your iPhone or iPad, you have several convenient options. Whether you prefer using Microsoft PowerPoint, Keynote, or accessing files from your email or file storage, this guide will walk you through the steps.

Method 1: Using Microsoft PowerPoint

1. Open the App Store
   
   The App Store has a blue icon with a capital “A”. Open it by tapping the icon on your homescreen.

2. Tap the Search tab
   The Search tab is located in the lower-right corner and resembles a magnifying glass. This opens a search bar in the center of the screen.

3. Type “PowerPoint” in the search bar
   This displays a list of apps matching your search text.

4. Tap “PowerPoint”
   This shows Microsoft PowerPoint and similar apps in the App Store.

5. Tap “GET” next to Microsoft PowerPoint
   Microsoft PowerPoint features a red icon with a “P”. It is free to download from the App Store.

6. Open Microsoft PowerPoint
   After installation, tap the icon on your homescreen or select “OPEN” in the App Store.

7. Tap “Open”
   In the red sidebar, tap the icon resembling a folder to display the “Places” menu.

8. Tap “… More”

9. Tap the location the PPTX file is saved to
