How to Edit a Brain PPT Template Quickly

1. Assign the Parts of the Brain PowerPoint Template

To begin, I start with a pre-built brain infographic slide that you can download now from Envato Elements. This slide can serve various purposes; in this example, I’m creating a diagram to explain the type of job we’re hiring for.

We need to clarify the characteristics that we’re looking for in an applicant. Start by replacing the percentage placeholders with the specific traits that will make a candidate the perfect fit for the role.

2. Update the Explanatory Text Placeholders

Next, update the placeholders located on the right side to provide additional details about the job role. This approach is much more engaging and creative than simply using a bulleted list.

3. Change the Colors of the Brain Infographic

You can customize the infographic further by clicking on individual elements in the diagram and changing the color using the Drawing Tools > Shape Fill option. Select a piece and use the Shape field drop-down to experiment with different colors.
