Steps to Create a Collage on PowerPoint

Choose Your Presentation

First, you must choose the presentation where you want to start your piece. For this tutorial, we have selected the template “How to Write a Marketing Plan.” Create a new slide and get ready to create!

Select Your Pictures

Choose the pictures you want to add. You can find a wide array of free images on our sister website, Freepik!

Insert and Format Your Pictures

Insert the selected images into your slide. Then, navigate to Picture Format > Picture Layout. As you hover over each design, you will see a preview of how your collage will look. Once you find a layout that fits your slide best, click on it.

Resize and Customize

Now it’s time for you to resize the collage and adapt it to your needs. You can choose to add text to describe the images, but we believe an image is worth a thousand words. If you want the text boxes to disappear, simply ungroup the design by pressing Ctrl + Shift + G. This allows you to customize the design further.
